Called about a bunch of yellowjackefs that were getting into my house. The tech spotted where they were nesting (some joints on the vinyl exterior) within minutes and then sprayed them.

Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Todays targeted issue is ants. I started off inspecting the kitchen. I didn’t observe any ants at this time. I did apply gel bait along cracks and crevices along the windows I placed ant bait stations along the kitchen counter. In the basement I saw 3 house ants in the closet in the basement. A bait stations inside was placed on the floor where ants were observed. I then applied gel bait along the cracks of the baseboard in the living room. I also treated along the threshold of the front door with gel bait. On the exterior, I placed a large rodent bait station by the AC unit. This will help with rodent control. I didn’t observe any obvious pest pressures at this time. It’s heavily raining out so no exterior liquid treatment at this time. I am setting up a follow up for this service. Today I completed your initial service for your premiums plus pest control program. I started off by spraying the entire inside of your home as requested including the garage area. I then placed three glue traps in the garage that will help is monitor for insect activity. I then applied a different liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate any seasonal insects from getting inside your home. I also, installed four termite monitor stations on the exterior. We will monitor these traps on each visit. On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. I began by inspecting for any issues. I notice that the grass is overgrown. I recommend cutting grass to reduce conducive conditions for insects. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations. There was no feeding at this time. Please allow 2 to 3 hour dry time and 10 to 14 days for treatment to reach full effect. On today’s visit, I began by inspecting and treating upstairs apartment. There was no activity to report at this time. I applied a liquid application to exterior door and foundation of top of deck. I also left tenant with ant bait stations to place in a ziplock bag until activity is seen. In the back, the vegetation there will be an issue. This is in the area under the deck and around it. I recommend removing all plants and installing a gravel bed around this area to reduce the conducive conditions for the ants. This is especially important given the fact that there is a garden in back with ant activity in the past. Hello, today we sprayed the exterior, removed cobwebs, and inspected for any additional issues. We noted the mourning dove nest by the back door and left it undisturbed. On today’s visit, I treated the interior and exterior. I began by applying a liquid application around carpet in basement. I also provided glue boards, which will help us to specifically determine the type of insect it is. I then inspected the exterior. There were 2 holes where A/C unit pipes are entering the house. I went ahead and plugged the holes with copper mesh. I recommend sealing these holes professionally. Please consult a hardware store about how to do this. I then inspected for termites and found no activity at this time. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house to inspect on visits. I then went ahead and treated the yellow jackets nesting under window trim on back left of house. After about 2 to 3 days, the wasps should become lethargic, 5 to 7 days activity should die down significantly, and 10 to 14 days, the nest should be neutralized. If there is activity after 10 to 14 days, please call us back for a re treat. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home.
